Both. Although this site was designed for the look.. it is the performance that will keep people coming back - the ability for anyone to be able to find what he or she is looking for quickly. In other words, how this site is accessible to everyone. The site is also optimized for search engines to be able to crawl and cache what is available so it can be found easier on the web as well.
